War of the Divas
Today had everyone completely sprackled as I discovered when I went to Djini's Cafe with Tiah and Coco for a latte and Tiah of course was all fizzing because Daddy got the dealer to exchange her car. She says the leather on this one smells totally different but I can't really say, as it smells the same to me in fact I think it is just the same car and the dealer and her father pretended to exchange it. Tiah was saying how her mother was on the phone all morning because of her big spring party and was hoarse from shouting at idiot designers.
Tiah's mother is a famous socialite who gives parties for a living and I don't mean she plans them, 'cause she wouldn't get her hands dirty, instead she will hire event organisers to do this, like Cameo Larsen, or Caspar Royale. Her mother, Taryn, always gives the first big party of the year, she picks some obscure charity, has a party and sends them money, and it is what she calls giving to the community. Everyone gets their jewels out of the safe, even my mother and then everyone tries to buy the most elegant dress from whomever is in season, this year I think it was one of those old people designers like ChiChi Triveil but who cares as it is the same every year.
Anyway, it seems that Taryn wasn't going to have Cameo do her event this year as she wanted this new sex god Caspar Royale to do it and he is really, really, hot except he hangs with that creepy Gervais Dubois. Anyway it seems that Bianca Sangu managed to get Caspar booked on the same day for some other charity lunch and Tiah says her mother has been burning up the lines in fury so she and her brothers have been keeping well out of her way.
Tiah's parents own the local vineyard called Vanderhaven Winery and are like richer than everyone else well maybe except the Dubois, but no one really knows how rich they are 'cause they lock themselves away in their prison on the hill. So now, Taryn can either get Cameo who usually does her stuff or try to blackmail Caspar into doing it, when Tiah says her mother is excellent at blackmailing people into doing her stuff she should know for Tiah sort of does that as well.
Tiah is one of those people you have to be careful not to tell her anything personal or let her know about anything bad that happens to you cause she will either blurt it out stupidly or use it to get what she wants. Coco is not so bad but she is a bit of follower so whatever Tiah says or does Coco will just follow behind. So today, we are hiding out in Djini’s waiting for Taryn to work out whose head she is going to have roll and this really makes you wonder how much charity is in these events!
